Azayä Returns & Exchange Policy

At Azayä, every piece is created with care and attention to detail.
We want you to love your abaya as much as we loved making it for you.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help — please take a moment to review our policy below.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for faulty or damaged products.

  • You must notify us within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition (with tags and packaging).

  • Returns will not be accepted for items damaged due to improper use, handling, or normal wear and tear.

  • Since all Azayä abayas are custom-made, returns for change of mind or design preference cannot be accepted.


How to Request a Return

Please contact our customer care team within 2 days of delivery:

Include the following details in your request:

  1. Your order number

  2. Product name

  3. A brief description or photo showing the issue

Once your request is received, our team will guide you through the next steps.


 


Return Shipping

  • For approved returns, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

  • Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

  • Drop the parcel at your nearest courier point or follow the instructions provided by our team.


Inspection & Processing

Once we receive your item:

  • Our quality team will inspect the abaya to confirm the issue.

  • You’ll be notified by email or WhatsApp about your return status and chosen resolution.

  • Processing time typically takes 5–7 working days after we receive your parcel.


Please note that this policy applies only to faulty products.


As each Azayä piece is tailor-made with your chosen design and fabric, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for non-faulty items or personal preference changes.
